Jurnal Kesehatan Lingkungan (JKL) is an official scientific publication dedicated to the study, application, and development of science in the environmental health sector. The focus and scope of this journal comprehensively cover basic sanitation, clean water supply, medical and domestic waste management, disease vector control, environmental toxicology, and occupational health and safety (OHS). This journal is legally registered with the identification numbers p-ISSN 2089-0451 and e-ISSN 2615-188X.
In terms of credibility and governance, JKL is directly published by the Department of Environmental Health, Health Polytechnic (Poltekkes) of the Ministry of Health, Manado. The quality of the published literature is strictly maintained by the Editorial Team, which consists of experts in their respective scientific fields. The manuscript feasibility evaluation process applies a Double-Blind Peer Review standard, where the identities of the authors and reviewers are concealed to ensure objectivity, independence, and an evaluation purely based on empirical scientific principles.
