Jurnal GIZIDO is an official scientific publication dedicated to the development of literature and research innovation in the field of nutritional and health sciences. The focus and scope of this journal comprehensively examine issues surrounding community nutrition, clinical nutrition and dietetics, food technology, specific nutritional interventions, and sustainable food security. This journal has been legally registered as an academic reference with the identification numbers ISSN 2085-6709 and 2615-658X.
In terms of governance, Jurnal GIZIDO is institutionally published by the Department of Nutrition, Health Polytechnic (Poltekkes) of the Ministry of Health, Manado. The quality and originality of the manuscripts are strictly maintained by the Editorial Team, which involves leading academics and nutrition experts. The article feasibility evaluation process applies a Double-Blind Peer Review standard. This mechanism conceals the identities of both the authors and reviewers to ensure an assessment that is empirical, objective, and free from subjective bias.
